1. Strong and differentiated brand
In a highly competitive market such as the hospitality industry, we were challenged to create a strong brand with different positioning, through the development of a new visual identity, to be communicated across the board.
2. New identity to be applied not only online but to everything.
3. Increase number of bookings
We created a solid concept that respected the hotel’s DNA. The inspiration came from its hidden garden, focusing on Flores’ values related to nature and its location at Rua das Flores – Flower Street.
Then, we found the missing link: at the hotel, every door opened is a surprise. Secret Garden, secret passages, old paintings. So we developed a Boutique Secrecy & Nature concept. To reflect this, we’ve changed the Hotel name and proceeded with its brand identity creation.
With this rebranding we had the privilege of winning the Silver award of the Prémios Lusófonos da Criatividade.
These Awards are an international festival of creativity based in Portugal and also the only one worldwide dedicated exclusively to awarding, honouring and debating the advertising and communication markets of Portuguese-speaking countries.
We’re currently rolling out this new brand from online channels to the physical hotel assets. So far, just by changing the name and online image, the overall couples & families booking rate has increased by 12%. We can’t wait to see the overall results when the rollout is completed.
